Regular grounds maintenance helps to retain the value of a property. Attractive gardens on commercial properties could improve rental rates and signups by up to 7% (Journal of Arboriculture 29(5)). We offer property owners, landlords and tenants once-off services, or ongoing contractual services, tailored to your property’s needs.

We offer a variety of services:

Landscaping: Our team work to improve the aesthetics of your property. This includes planting trees, creating flower beds, hedges, and grassed areas; designing outdoor areas, as well as the set up of irrigation systems, and any garden lighting requirements.

Grounds Maintenance: General maintenance including lawn mowing, hedge trimming, soil aeration, raking leaves, dead-heading, flower bed maintenance and weeding. We will take care of all fertilizer requirements and scheduling thereof. We can help maintain any of your existing groundskeeping equipment, fences and gates. We carry out any required irrigation systems maintenance, as well as gutter clearing and cleaning.

Pesticide Services: Our pest control division - HAZPEST can deal with any necessary treatment for pest eradication. Our HAZLAN team will apply the required treatments for weed control and plant diseases. We will inspect the grounds for potential problems and apply treatments as needed with your approval. We will issue any required certification.

Tree Specialists (Arborist): We have specialists who will monitor the growth, any disease onset, aspects of tree surgery, and resulting reactions to pruning. The specialists will prune and apply treatments to prevent diseases, as necessary.

We will remove all resulting garden refuse.
