its divisions its directors, employees, agents and/or subcontractors will not be liable for any loss, damages, infection, injury and/or death arising out of any cleaning or remediation services (the “Service”) provided by HAZTECH and its divisions, including but not limited to the effectiveness of the cleaning, disinfection and remediation products utilised by HAZTECH in the provision of the Service. HAZGIENE offers no warranty as to the effectiveness of the service and products used for the complete eradication of SARS-coV-2 (Covid-19 disease) (“Coronavirus”), although Hazgiene follows protocols promulgated by a variety of reputable national and international agencies, there is no testing that exists to ensure total elimination of the SARScoV-2 virus. Hazgiene guarantees that its disinfection protocols curb the spread and threat of SARS-coV-2, notwithstanding the aforesaid, it cannot guarantee with 100% certainty the total eradication of it.
